I have a specific artwork or lay-out that I want, how do I make sure that I get what I want?
Personify is about customisation and personalisation. Products Made For You.  Please contact us with images, files in JPEG/PNG/PDF format, dimensions and material you are working with and we will try to meet your requirements

What is the difference between the complete, printy only and stereo only for my rubber stamps?
Printy/Machine Only: Consists of the Self Inker that comes with the Inkpad without the rubber (also known as stereo)
Stereo/Rubber Only: The Rubber Replacement Part (This item is for people that own a Printy but want a new design on their stamp)
Complete: Comes with the Printy and the Stereo (the complete rubber stamp)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you have placed your order on our website, we will confirm the artwork/design you want by sending you a proof within 24 hours from when you ordered. Once that is complete, it will take 2-5 business days to manufacture your order from our raw materials and then a shipping period of 1-2 business days. Altogether the processing and delivery period totalling 4-8 business days.

Does Personify do in-store pick ups?
Yes we do. We actually prefer for you to come in store and give us a warm welcome. Our address can be found on the contact us page. We are currently located at 55F Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600.

What materials do you use?
We use a range of materials such as natural wood, acrylic, plastic and trolase.
Our wood consists of plywood, oak and bamboo. The acrylic comes in a range of colours such as white, black, gold mirror, silver mirror and red.

Where is Personify from? Does Personify deliver worldwide?
Personify is from New Zealand. At the moment we are working on our worldwide shipping options. Stay tuned for more info.

My product is faulty, what do I do?
Send through an email to orders@personify.nz with a photo of your order where it is faulty. In the email put your order number in the subject, put your name, number and brief description. Otherwise, bring it to the office and we'll give the faulty product an assessment.

Can I place a return?
We have a 30-day return policy. If your order is unused and in pristine condition then to place a return. Send an email to orders@personify.nz. In the email put your order number in the subject, put your name, number and brief description. Otherwise, bring it to the office and we'll give the faulty product an assessment and process the return if is satisfactory.
