Shipping Timeframe

Once an order is placed we will send you a proof (confirmation) of your orders design. Once the proof has been approved by you the Personify team will start processing/manufacturing your order and deliver the product to your preferred location.

Design Proofing

If you place an order that requires customisation, a proof will be sent to you from our orders team for your approval within 48 hours from the receipt of your order.

Processing/Manufacturing

Processing time of your order is between 3-5 working days.

Courier Delivery via NZ Couriers

Standard:  1-3 Business Days

Rural:  3-5 Business Days

International Shipping

Personify is able to ship to Australia. There is a flat rate of $20 for all orders sent to Australia. Once the order has been dispatched it will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. All orders are made in New Zealand and dispatched from our warehouse.

Longer Specified Shipping

For orders that are taking longer than specified to deliver please contact us at orders@personify.nz and or double check your tracking number supplied to you.

Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery area within New Zealand.
Starting from $8.00 to $20.00 depending on the size and type of address (whether it be residential or rural).

1. Checkout your order online

2. Proof is sent within 24 hours from the time of checkout

3. Once you approve it will take 1-3 business days to manufacture your order

4. Your order will be dispatched after production and will arrive in 1-3 business days (residential) 

The total timeframe from your checkout to delivery will take 3-9 business days
