Once an order is placed we will send you a proof (confirmation) of your design. Once the proof has been approved, our team will start manufacturing your order and deliver the product to your preferred location.
Domestic shipping (NZ) can take 3-5 business days.
International shipping (AU) could take up to 14 business days. All orders are made in New Zealand and dispatched from our warehouse. -
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. More info here.

Because every product we create is customised to your brand, we cannot accept returns once a proof has been approved.
Nothing goes into production without your sign-off on a mock-up. This ensures you know exactly what the final product will look like before it’s engraved, printed, or packed.

Yes. We use high-quality laser engraving and printing to customise products with your logo, messaging, or campaign theme. We can also add custom card inserts or QR codes (on request) to link directly to your digital campaigns.
